You Mesh Well Together

You Mesh Well Together

I can honestly say, without any irony, that I love talking about the weather. And for me, it’s not small talk. I find it fascinating – even before global warming was on top of everyone’s mind (as it should be).

During these transitional periods – as we move from winter to spring, for example – I find myself struggling to find the right outfit for a day outside. Most of the stuff in my closet will be either too warm or too cold to wear. The sun is shining at the beach, but the wind is still crisp and cold. What should I wear for a cold day at the beach?

Enter the perfect layering piece for these times: the Marissa Top made of a soft cotton/tencel mesh. Just the right amount of coverage, the right amount of breathability, and the right amount of cute! This is the best layer to wear when the weather is not warm enough for a short sleeve, but not cold enough for a jacket.

Best part of it all? This piece can stay with you through spring and summer, as the go-to layer for warm summer nights or cool spring mornings. It’s the best transitional item and exactly what I need to wear when the weather can’t decide what it wants to do. The Marissa Top meshes well with transitional weather, and meshes even better with contemporary style.
